Since 2014, Girts has been driving a user-friendly billing platform, which allows all cellphone users to make and receive payments wherever there’s network coverage. And even though it’s a tech company, he believes humanity to be the most important ingredient in business; the rest can be taught. 

Prior to that, he’s managed and developed many well-known Latvian web companies — brands like “Draugiem Group,” “Diena,” and “Baltic Restaurants.” Started his career in 1999 as an HTML programmer at “ADM Interactive,” he has later been a consultant to several corporate executives in eCommerce and sales. Established one of the first social gaming companies.

Believes flexibility and openness to new ideas to be indispensable qualities in himself and others. Accountability, a hunger for growth, and the need to be better, to do better are the three core values that fuel him each and every day.
