Oleg Marofejev

Oleg has started his career in Swedbank more than ten years ago as Head of Project Management Office – leading major Baltic projects. He later was involved in the establishment of Swedbank Group Products unit, working through 4 geographies (Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania) – the result was an establishment of the new organization with more than 1000 employees. Later on, Oleg started to lead Digital Development in Baltic Region contributing to the development of banking market solutions for clients such as common market initiative – Smart ID, Swedbank mobile app, new Internet Bank and many other services impacting millions of users throughout the Baltics. Oleg has now taken up a position of Chief Product Owner for Open Banking working with the challenge to introduce “Swedbank as a service” in the financial technology market.
